The Loreto Kirribilli Development Office plays a vital role in the interaction between all facets of the school community. Communication between Ex-students, Past Parents, Loreto Sisters and Parents & Friends is greatly facilitated through the existence of the Development Office, which is committed to fostering the core Loreto values of Sincerity, Verity, Felicity, Freedom of spirit and Justice.
Another role of the Development Office is to seek philanthropic support from the Loreto Kirribilli community to ensure that the work of educating young women, inspired by Mary Ward and carried out by the Loreto Sisters, will continue into the future.
Loreto Kirribilli, ‘a school with Spirit’ steeped in tradition, began educating young women in 1908 with a long standing reputation for excellence in education.
A financial gift to Loreto follows in the footsteps of Mother Philomena Heaton when she encouraged others to give through ‘heart, mind and hands’. This began with the very first ‘ask’ to her mother, Sarah Heaton, to purchase the first building at Loreto Kirribilli, Elamang in 1907. We are blessed to have families who have continued this tradition for the benefit of current and future generations.
The Loreto Kirribilli Annual Fund and Capital Appeals are the main philanthropic projects managed by the Development Office. Tax deductible donations to these campaigns support new building projects, improvements to the grounds and the purchase of new equipment, as well as directly supporting particular subject areas.
In order to keep up with these constant needs and the rapid changes associated with curriculum-driven demands, we need and value your support. The generosity of families across the school over the years has resulted in excellent facilities, maintained to the highest standards for the benefit of students and staff.

Mrs Debbie Henry liaises with the Loreto community to encourage families to contribute to the school for the benefit of all current and future students.

Ex-Student Relations & Database Management – Mrs Margot Dwyer

Mrs Margot Dwyer provides administrative and database support to ensure the School maintains up-to-date data relating to current students and their parents, past students and their parents, past teachers and other staff. Current contact details, including email addresses, mobile phone numbers and postal addresses help to maintain the links with others in the broader school community and promote ongoing interest in the future wellbeing of Loreto Kirribilli.
Mrs Dwyer is also the contact person for all enquiries about Ex-student news.

LK Connect Coordinator – Ms Antoinette Darin

The LK Connect Co-ordinator is responsible for providing support to the Development Manager by co-ordinating the LK Connect Mentoring & Networking program for the Ex-students. This program provides the vital link between existing talent and expertise within the LK community, and the raw potential of students on the brink of their future careers.
Ms Darin is also the contact person for all enquiries about Ex-student Reunions and Ex-student career updates.
