Loreto Federation 2026

Under the theme, ‘Unite with Open Minds’, we were invited to listen, learn, question and connect. We heard from remarkable women making a difference through social justice, the arts, business, sport, faith and service, with keynote speakers Grace Brennan (Clark ’01) and Elouise Massa (Hahn ’05) and special guest, Loreto Province Leader, Sr Wendy Hildebrand CJ.

From changes in education, to female creators, to the future of family, keeping the faith, sustainability, driving change or women in sport – across the program we saw Loreto women using their knowledge, skills and voice to contribute to a more compassionate and just world.

The diverse and interesting program of guest speakers and panellists was interspersed with events such as the welcome cocktail party, conference dinner, collaborative artwork, pop-up choir and Mass on Sunday morning. With engaging conversation and renewed friendships, Loreto women of different ages, backgrounds and experiences came together, united with open minds and their shared connection to Loreto.

It was a weekend of genuine connection, shared stories and authentic conversation, proving the enduring influence of a Loreto education across generations.

Our heartfelt thanks also to the Co-Presidents of 2026 Loreto Federation, Celia Sheldon (Roberts '88) and Emma Seward (Davis '87), the organising committee, and the Development team of Loreto Kirribilli, for their creativity, cooperation and tireless efforts in putting this rewarding and uplifting program of events together.
