After an excellent night last term, and the fact that Jupiter and Saturn are both still visible, I thought I would tempt the weather and organise another Astronomy Night! Remember, you don’t have to stay for the whole time – just drop in to have a look at some moons, craters and rings and then leave when you want. As usual, an announcement will be made at 3:10pm if it looks like it will be too cloudy to see any celestial objects.
Date: Friday, 5 August (will postpone to Monday, 8 August if cloudy)
Time: 5pm to approx. 6:30pm – just drop in for 10 minutes!
Location: On the tennis court above the Science Block
Parking: the School car park will be open
